Welcome to Olmar Kennels!

We are Oleg and Marina Nedoshytko and Olmar Kennels is our family of American Staffordshire Terriers and Miniature Bull Terriers.

Our kennel was founded in 1989 when we were the first people to introduce purebred, AKC-registered champion American Staffordshire Terriers to the former USSR. Our foundation dogs were AKC Ch. Finwar's Whiskey Jack ("Tommy"), AKC Ch. Finwar's Little Rock ("Carl"), and Talk O' the Town PJ. From these original dogs, we were able to establish our kennel and produce many more exceptional dogs, including Multi Ch. Darsonval Olmar, Blue Princess Olmar, and El Steel Bear Olmar. We are extremely proud that descendants of these beautiful dogs are still winning in European show rings!

We now live in the United States, in Connecticut. All of our dogs share our home with us and enjoy playing outside on our 3+ acres of land. We raise our puppies with our own children, our grandchildren, and all of our other dogs. They are truly a part of our family.

We are members of the Staffordshire Terrier Club of America since 2000 and members of the Golden State American Staffordshire Terrier Club since 2011, as well as members of the Miniature Bull Terrier Club of America. We are very proud to be recognized as Breeders of Merit by the American Kennel Club, for our hard work as responsible breeders to breed not just beautiful, but also healthy dogs.

We have produced many AKC Champions and Grand Champions, and all of the dogs that are involved in our breeding program are health tested (OFA) by board-certified specialists, and we have multiple CHIC dogs and health awards from the Clubs we belong to.

The goal of all of our breedings is to produce healthy and beautiful dogs that exemplify their breed as well as prove to be wonderful companions to both our family and to their new families, All of our dogs are firstly members of our family and live with us in our home. Health, longevity, and good temperament are equally, if not more, important to us and our breeding program as conformation and breed type.
